DLWMOTORSPORTS Return Policy
At DLWMOTORSPORTS, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be processed, in accordance with applicable California and Los Angeles County laws.
Return Period:
Returns for exchange or refund must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Condition of Merchandise:
All returned items must be unused and in their original, saleable packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of installation, mounting, modification, scratches, or any form of defacement.
Return Authorization:
Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (R.A. Number). Returns without this number will not be accepted. To request an R.A. Number, please contact our customer service team. Once you receive your R.A. Number, please clearly write it on the outside of the returning package and include it inside along with your name or company name.
Return Timeline:
All returns must be received by DLWMOTORSPORTS within 10 calendar days after the R.A. Number has been issued. Please note that the issuance of an R.A. Number does not guarantee a replacement or refund; it only indicates that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
Shipping Costs:
Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment to ensure it is traceable.
Documentation:
A photocopy of your invoice, including the invoice number, must accompany your return, along with a written explanation for the return and a contact phone number.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns.
Custom Orders:
Please note that no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted on special order or custom items.
Packing Returns:
It is the customer's responsibility to securely repackage all returned items. Insufficient packaging that leads to damage during transit will result in no credit or refund being issued. All hardware and accessories included in the original packaging must be returned; failure to do so may result in additional charges.
